The price per lb. is based on the hanging wt. and includes the cut, wrap and kill fees*

Example:
Whole Pork 200 lbs @ $6.45 per lb. = $1,290.00

Half Pork 100 lbs @ $6.45 per lb. = $645.00

The average hanging wt. 180 to 200 lbs.

A whole hog will yield approximately 150 lbs. of meat, and a half hog is typically 75 lbs.

Please note: additional fees:
Smoking and Curing fees is $1.75 per lb.


A whole pork averages $8.59 per lb. once it is in your freezer, without smoking fees.
We request a $300.00 security deposit

Our pork is available in August thru November; we have a limited amount.


There is a minimal charge per order for delivery.
