We are happy to announce we are now raising Natural Pork!

We have Quality wiener pigs
fed with our own ground grain, and garden "goodies"!

NO ANTIBIOTICS AND NO ADDED HORMONES!

The price per lb. is based on the hanging wt. and includes the cut and wrap*
Example:
Whole Pork 200 lbs. @ $3.85 per lb. + $55.00 slaughter fee = $825.00
Half Pork 100 lbs @ $3.95 per lb. + $27.50 slaughter fee = $422.50

The average hanging wt. 180 to 200 lbs

A whole hog will yield approximately 120 to 130 lbs of meat, and a half hog is typically 65 to 75 lbs

Please note: additional fees:
Cure 1.75 per #
$5.00 to slice.. per slab of bacon

Without curing and slicing fee, a whole pork averages $6.35 per lb once it's in your freezer. We request a $100.00 security deposit.

Our pork is available August through November; we have a limited amount.
